Keep the arrangement in a cool indoor location away from direct sunlight, heat and strong air conditioning. Carefully add a small amount of fresh water to the floral foam each day. Avoid pouring water directly onto the flowers or decorative acrylic topper.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes. Choose "Subscribe & save" on any bouquet — Weeksary (a delivery every week) or Monthsary (a delivery every month on your special date). One prepaid payment, no auto-charges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 1 hour of placing them, as long as they haven't entered preparation. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
What happens if the recipient isn't available?
Our driver will contact the recipient (or you) to arrange delivery. Where it's safe and permitted, we may leave the order with reception or security.
Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Absolutely. We coordinate delivery discreetly, and only the details you choose appear on the card — so the surprise stays intact.
Can I choose the delivery date and time?
Yes. Select your preferred delivery date and time slot on the product page before adding to cart.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely by card, or choose cash on delivery (COD) at checkout.

How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, fresh arrangements typically last 5–7 days. Keep them in clean water away from direct sun and air-conditioning, and trim the stems every couple of days.
Can I add a personal gift message?
Yes. Choose "A gift" on the product page, pick one of our card designs and write your message — we print it on a premium card and include it with your flowers.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is hand-made to order with the freshest seasonal blooms, so it closely matches the photo with a florist's natural variation. We film every arrangement for your approval before it leaves our atelier.
